The Return:
A Women’s Full-Day Retreat

There are seasons when something inside you is shifting, even if your outer life looks steady.

You may be releasing old stories about who you are, learning to trust yourself again, or feeling anger, grief, or fear surface in ways you can’t ignore anymore.

The Return is a one-day retreat for women moving through inner change who want a grounded, intentional space to pause, reflect, and reconnect.

This is a day for returning to what has always been within you — your inherent worth, your capacity for trust, your grounded power, and your ability to remain open to love.

You’ll experience a guided day of reflection, embodiment, and shared inquiry, using archetypal frameworks to explore some of the most common emotional transitions women experience.

How We’ll Work: The Archetypal Journey

The day includes four facilitated sessions, each focused on an inner area that often comes up during times of change:

1. COMING HOME TO SELF-WORTH
Guided by the Queen
We'll release old stories and unhelpful narratives, and reconnect to our inherent value and sense of worthiness.

2. LEARNING TO TRUST YOURSELF AND LIFE
Guided by the Mystic
We'll work with uncertainty, fear, and intuition, and explore what it means to trust ourselves even when outcomes aren’t guaranteed.

3. RECLAIMING POWER & SELF-AUTHORITY
Guided by the Sovereign
We'll transform anger into clarity and choice by examining boundaries, voice, and the difference between reaction and claiming our personal power.

4. STAYING WITH LOVE IN THE FACE OF LOSS
Guided by the Lover
We'll make space to honour the grief of change by staying open-hearted and connected to our sense of love and aliveness.
