In each session, we address whatever current question, issue, or situation is present for you and allow for your wisdom and truth to emerge. This is the core process.
Due to the highly customized and human nature of this work, I don’t walk you through a curriculum or set of predetermined topics. That said, whether I’m working with you through a personal change, towards a creative project, or out of a leadership challenge, we engage in a mix of reflective practices, strategic action planning, and soulful guidance to help you move out of disconnection and self-doubt and into inspired action and personal power.

This is not therapy, though it may at times feel therapeutic. I bring more than 15 years of training and experience into my work with clients. I blend transformational coaching, intuitive guidance, mindset and nervous system tools, spiritual psychology, deep presencing skills, and creative practices to help you bring about the change you desire. I hold space for your full self: the tender parts, the visionary parts, and the becoming-you parts. This is a whole-person approach to coaching and mentorship where I aim to orient you to your fullest expression of Love and Service.

Majority of clients start with a four-month engagement of eight sessions held once every two weeks. This duration and cadence allows for deeper, transformational change to begin.
Clients often return to this work when they reach their next threshold point. As a returning client, you can schedule ad-hoc sessions as needed, or enter another multiple-month engagement. We choose what best supports the season you’re in. Happy to meet you in new moments of your journey, whether months or years later!

Not at all. Many clients begin in the fog. Clarity is part of the journey. If you’re feeling stuck, lost, uncertain, or like something is shifting inside you but you don’t know what it is yet — that’s the threshold place. We begin by listening deeply. From there, truth is revealed and clarity rises.

We center, reflect, explore, and move forward. We may work through mindset and emotional blocks, explore a creative or leadership challenge, tune into your intuition, map your path to service and impact, practice grounding tools, or even call on your ancestors for guidance and healing. We have fun and laugh and feel everything. We follow the energy of the moment and be courageous. Coaching with me is a co-created, heart-driven, playful process to the serious work of growth and transformation. Best way to know it is to experience it yourself.

My private coaching experience is $3000 for four months. It includes deep, personalized sessions, between-session support, and tailored practices to help you step into wholehearted living, loving, leading, and creating.

Deep Dive Session → One session for clarity, direction, and immediate momentum on a single challenge or issue. Approximately 2 hours. Includes pre-session prompts and post-session integration guide. ($500)
Creative Pulse → A short-term, 3-session coaching series for reconnecting to your creative rhythm, voice, or project. ($800)
