In our twenties, we’re told to build careers, relationships, and a life that looks good. But no one teaches us how to build from the inside out; to make a life that feels good.
We’re not shown how to hear our own voice through the noise, or how to set boundaries that are clear and truthful. We’re not handed a roadmap for leading with both strength and compassion.
It’s up to us to do this Groundwork.
